    The Singapore Centre for 3D Printing (SC3DP)

    The centre is seeking to hire a project coordinator to manage administration activities. The candidate would be responsible for providing efficient procurement, financial and administrative support, closely guided by policies and guidelines. The project coordinator plays a key role in successful planning, execution, and completion of active projects within the Centre. This includes monitoring the project budgets and evaluating purchase and procurement requests.

    Responsibilities

    Provides overall coordination of research projects.

    This includes resource planning and scheduling to ensure successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and timely completion of projects.

    Preparation of data required for reporting. Updates and maintains database for research projects. Processes procurement documents, reimbursement claims, invoices etc in accordance to the University's guidelines.

    Tracks status of all financial requests, documents, and work closely with NSS Procurement and Finance to follow up on all procurement and financial matters.

    Assists in the tracking of expenses and monitor the budget utilization of the projects. Assists in the coordination of audit process and preparation of audit documents.

    Requirements

    Diploma in Business / Accountancy / Finance Knowledge in finance and project management is advantageous.

    Good written and verbal communication skills with understanding of financial numbers Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc) Able to maintain database and track progress of projects.

    Meticulous, organized, and diligent Highly adaptable, resourceful and self-motivated Strong work ethics to maintain confidentiality for sensitive information.
