We are seeking a highly motivated
Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, and assist the local Financial Controller based in Florida, USA, in overseeing and preparation of fixed assets and inventory accounting.

This role will report directly to the Corporate Finance Director and help in providing corporate oversight on the local business as well as to assist in process enhancement and digital transformation initiatives to improve financial and accounting processes.


Responsibilities:


  • Primary Responsibilities
  • Responsible for assisting the local controller based in Naples, Florida, USA in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial reports in compliance with GAAP and corporate policies
  • Responsible for overseeing the inventory accounting processes including enhancing internal control and operational efficiencies
  • Responsible in assisting the financial controller in preparing the fixed asset accounting entries including leases and maintenance of the fixed asset subledger
  • Assist the Corporate Finance Director in a digital transformation journey to develop and implement strategies for improving financial and accounting processes, including outsourcing, and using tools to automate and enhance financial and accounting operations
  • Secondary Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
  • Provide corporate oversight on local business operations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and directives
  • Perform other adhoc duties and adhoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in accounting or financial reporting roles
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
  • Required to be stationed in the USA for approximately 50% of the time for approximately 1 year to complete the transformation of the finance and accounting department
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives and accounting software systems preferred
