Description
_Customer Service / Export Shipment Officer - Pandan Road ( 5 Day) _
- handle customer inquiries, which include prapring anf sending quotations or correspondences to customers
- assist sales engineers with any inquiries
- handle customer complaints if any.
- follow up with customers for repeat orders and status of the orders
- perform product costing
- be vigilant on accounts receivable and assist in collecting them
- assist the customer services supervisor on any inquiry or projects during absence.
- knowledge of import / export shipment procedures with documentation requirements is essential
- Must be computer literate with exposure on order entry systems
- Min 3 years experience in sales or customer relation, overseas shipments and related document handling
**- Basic salary : s$ S$ 3000 neg
