Develop market expansion strategies and plans, propose effective marketing and promotional strategies to drive business growth in the Singaporean market.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with Chinese suppliers and farm partners, ensuring product quality and stable supply.
Lead teams, supervise the work of sales, marketing, and market teams, ensuring the achievement of objectives.
Coordinate across departments to ensure efficient collaboration in areas such as procurement, storage, and distribution of products.
Analyze market data, provide strategic recommendations and reports to offer robust support for decisionmaking.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in the agricultural products market, particularly with a deep understanding of the Chinese agricultural products market.
Excellent skills in market planning and promotion, capable of market expansion and enhancing brand awareness.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating teams to achieve common goals.
Outstanding communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with partners from diverse backgrounds. Fluent communication skills in both Chinese and English, proficient in both written and spoken forms.
