Available to travel, may include up to 30% of the time.

About The Role

This is a newly created role because of our business expansion. You will be coached by one of our senior consultants.
Conduct prescreening, shortlisting, and interviews of healthcare professionals.
Consult and partner with clients, assisting with mass recruitment, selection and onboarding people, fully understand clients' needs and requirements, and complete the full recruitment cycle.
Become a trusted advisor to our healthcare organization clients with a deep knowledge and understanding of their organization, needs, challenges, operations, and culture.
Help to create a highperformance culture.
Strong datadriven mentality, multitasking and time management, ability to use technology and solid aptitude for learning are critical to this role.
Strong team player and good interpersonal skills.
