- Collaborate with relevant business stakeholders to define and refine the value propositions for our product solutions and content strategy for best-in-class advisor experience across our distribution channels.
- Responsible for seamless implementation of strategic propositions end-to-end - conceptualization to cost analysis, operational execution, technical enhancements and digital implementation.
- Ensure that value propositions are aligned to our customers' needs and market trends.
- Design and deliver our content strategy to enable content-led engagements and content-as-a-service to support our hyper-personalization ambitions.
- Monitor proposition performance and utilize data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Adherence to Manulife's brand standards across all our creative assets to reflect our brand identity.
- Contribute to the overall Brand, Content and Propositions strategy to help Manulife achieve our bold ambition in becoming a Digital Customer Leader.

- A results-driven professional with a university degree and minimum 5 years experience in financial institutions (retail and affluent segments), experience with insurance preferred.
- Experience in driving client value propositions and enhancing distributor experience.
- Demonstrated competency in leading projects/initiatives end-to-end.
- Familiar with various content delivery channels and tools (online & offline), experience with content personalization preferred.

The opportunity
Manulife's ambition is to become Singapore's Digital Customer Leader. The Senior Manager, Client Propositions role is responsible for introducing and implementing effective value propositions that connect client needs to our product solutions, enabling us to significantly scale our ability in attracting new customers to Manulife and our partners whilst improving our ability to engage with existing customers to ensure we are with them at every step of their insurance.
