- Responsible for post- deal monitoring and execution support to ensure smooth delivery of services
- Build a robust SOP on various work streams and maintain close communicate with internal stakeholders
- Support RM in administrative matters including preparing the forms and paperwork required for internal approvals
- Support RM in fronting the customers on all operational, settlement and execution requirement
- Work in partnership with Operations and Customer Service to ensure smooth processing of transactions
- Work in partnership with Compliance and Legal to ensure all process are in full compliance
- Provide timely reporting on operational matters and regular monitoring to ensure workflow process is smooth
- Maintain good housekeeping, and ensure prompt turnaround time, and responses are reasonable
- Work in partnership with RM teams to provide seamless pre and post-sales support and ensure customers' satisfaction
- Degree qualified
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Banking and Finance industry
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Operational Support or Customer Service
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Corporate Banking with good understanding of corporate banking products and services
- Transactional experience would be preferred
- Project management or coordination skills to collaborate across other teams
- Familiar and comfortable with process – oriented tasks
