Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to run and expand our wallet regions
- Responsible for channel relationships and the opening of channels to drive distribution for Razer Gold in the Greater China and North Asia regions
- Formulate and implement an account penetration, management and growth strategy including a plan that maximizes sales and profit
- Identify business opportunities and work with Engineering / Product Development team to develop product requirement specifications to capture the business opportunities, and/or fulfil the regulatory compliance requirements
- Identify business opportunities and work with Account Management / Merchant Acquisition team for acquiring, onboarding of new game and entertainment contents, and exclusive promotions
- Drive business development to develop performance targets for key channels/contents
- Collect and analyze sales and revenue data to be presented regularly to the Management team
- Develop longterm partnerships with the assigned accounts for the benefit of both companies
- Staying uptodate on market trends
Requirements:
- Track record of successful channel acquisition and business development
- Strong network of contacts in the payment service and/or games industry
- Proficiency in English language required
- Fluent in Mandarin, with excellent writing (in both Simplified and Traditional Chinese) and communication skills to liaise with mandarinspeaking clients and counterparts
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with partners as well as management and peers
- Selfmotivated, with high energy and a passion for payment service industry, PC and Mobile games
- Ability to work independently
