Roles & Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Scope:

• To work in a team to implement SAP S/4 HANA Cloud ERP Public Edition, in any module in customer projects
• To support solution configuration and implementation by providing functional and business knowledge
• To support presales activities by providing S/4 HANA Cloud demonstrations

Key accountabilities:

• Ensure timely implementation of S/4 HANA Cloud functionalities in line with project requirements
• Effectively and influentially engage customers in project discussions to provide updates, discuss and find viable resolution to project issues and obtain acceptance from customers
• Report project progress updates to project team lead or project manager
• Recommend suitable solutions based on project requirements
• Recognise, record, report and take pre-emptive action on anticipated project issues
• Work in conjunction with other team members to complete assigned tasks
• Assist sales team in preparing and conducting S/4 HANA Cloud demonstrations
• Undergo S/4 HANA Cloud consultant certifications as and when required
• Stay up-to-date with the latest S/4 HANA Cloud development and other relevant trends

·Minimum Requirements (must have):

• Completed at least 2 S/4 HANA Cloud projects. Experience with implementing SAP Business ByDesign Cloud ERP or any other cloud ERP projects an advantage.
• Knowledge of relevant business processes in either manufacturing, energy, healthcare, distribution, construction industries.
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on hands-on tasks.
• Singapore citizen or SPR with strong command of spoken and written English. Proficiency in multiple languages an advantage.

Other Requirements (good to have):

• History of working in Professional Services/Consulting environment
• History of working in global virtual team environment
• Working experience with SAP
• Working experience with any SaaS solutions
• Business process knowledge of any other type of industry not already listed above
