  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm

Purpose:


You will be working closely with Government organizations and companies in China to manage existing projects that have been established.

(G2G and B2B)


Responsibilities:


  • Support implementation of approved programmes and ensure close follow up with relevant stakeholders in the execution of activities.
  • Perform secondary research into new markets.
  • Provide pretrip and posttrip coordination of business plans and preparation of programmes and activities.
  • Coordinate industry meetings and liaise with key stakeholders.
  • Organize and host incoming overseas visits
  • Assist with preparation, marketing, and publicity of programmes
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirement:


  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Business Management /
    International Relations.
  • Experienced in
    organizing events.
  • Proficient in
    Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in
    spoken and
    written Chinese/Mandarin.
  • Demonstrate interest in
    engaging people and building networks.
