_About this role:

We are looking for a dynamic individual who will be responsible to spearhead our social media marketing activities.

This individual has to be familiar with the various social media platforms and be in tune with the latest trends, algorithms, and common practices in the social media space.


_Responsibilities:
_


  • Conceptualize and develop content ideas that align with the brand's messaging and target audience, including creating posts, videos, graphics, and other forms of media for social media platforms.
  • Plan, manage, and execute a content calendar.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to gauge the success of content and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Interact with the social media community by responding to comments, messages, and direct inquiries.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to align social media content with overall brand objectives and messaging.
  • Stay informed on current events, pop culture, and relevant topics to incorporate into content.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with company guidelines and adheres to platform policies.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather feedback, incorporate revisions, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Constantly research on competitors and global market leaders, brainstorm new and creative content growth strategies, identify trends and insights, and optimize content and performance based on insights.

_Requirements:
_


  • Strong creative and storytelling skills
  • Experience with video production and editing software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of trends, algorithms, and best practices for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to transform ideas into visually compelling and engaging video contents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with the online community.
  • Ability to analyze and measure video performance and use insights to improve future contents.
  • Awareness of current events, pop culture, and relevant topics to incorporate into videos.
  • Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for creating and sharing content on social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Experience with social media management, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong creativity, and a deep understanding of the target audience and platform.
