An international law firm situated in the Central Business District (CBD) of Singapore is seeking a hands-on Accountant to join the finance team.

About the job:

Reporting to the manager, this role entails overseeing the full spectrum of accounting, such as accounts payable and receivable functions, including payment preparation, coordinating with banks for transfers, and managing client reimbursements in compliance with company policies.

Additionally, responsibilities involve monitoring outstanding invoices, facilitating billing processes, and ensuring timely receipt processing.

You will also contribute to month-end closing activities, such as journal preparation and balance sheet updates, while supporting expense recovery initiatives like insurance.

Other duties encompass guiding new staff members and handling ad-hoc tasks as needed by the firm.


Skills and experience required:
A degree holder or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience handling full sets of accounting.

You have great interpersonal skills to liaise with different stakeholders, are meticulous, resourceful, and can adapt in a fast-paced environment.
