- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plan for business development
- Identify suitable projects, customers and/or distributors to meet company's growth objectives
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals and tender documents
- Develop strong knowledge of competitive offerings, customer needs within the IP surveillance camera industry
- Regular follow up with customers and partners to maintain and enhance business relationships
- Diploma/ Degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience with an established network within the surveillance industry
- Strong business negotiation and presentation skills
- Analytical, strategic thinker, resourceful and has good business acumen
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential attributes
