- Support the full cycle of administration and processing of staff loan benefits (Loan application,disbursement, and redemption).
- Work with vendor and IT on systemand proceses enhancements
- Monitor and ensure complicance with relevant regulatory requirements
- Perform loan reporting as required
- Provide support and maintain oversight on loan administration in entities
- Support the annual Employee Share Purchase Plan enrolment exercise
- Support regulatory reporting and disclosures
- Process work injury compensation as required
- Process benefits related vendor bills/invoices and ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors
- Support Wellness initiatives
- Participate in audit exercie and due diligence activities
- Experienced compensation & benefits professional with a bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience in compensation & benefits operations
- Proven track record to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior knowledge and experience in vendor management will be an advantage.
