Description

Responsibilities:

• Support the full cycle of administration and processing of staff loan benefits (Loan application,disbursement, and redemption).
• Work with vendor and IT on systemand proceses enhancements
• Monitor and ensure complicance with relevant regulatory requirements
• Perform loan reporting as required
• Provide support and maintain oversight on loan administration in entities
• Support the annual Employee Share Purchase Plan enrolment exercise
• Support regulatory reporting and disclosures
• Process work injury compensation as required
• Process benefits related vendor bills/invoices and ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors
• Support Wellness initiatives
• Participate in audit exercie and due diligence activities

Requirements:

• Experienced compensation & benefits professional with a bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience in compensation & benefits operations
• Proven track record to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior knowledge and experience in vendor management will be an advantage.
