Roles & ResponsibilitiesWorking Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 7am to 5pm daily (lunch break 45 mins and tea break 30 mins)
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and support team in running of daily cafe operations
Barista-trained and familiar with operating and maintaining semi-auto coffee machines and traditional coffee/tea beverages
Responsible for ensuring quality and consistency of beverages and desserts served from the menu
Maintaining hygiene standards of serving area
Approachable personality to both cultivate positive work environment and interact with customers
Able to manage cost and inventory, meeting sales targets
