Description
We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our Singapore team.
You will be a key contributor in managing our finance processes, procedures, reporting and accounting, so we can produce the quality work for which we have come to be known.
Finance
- Responsible for tracking company performance against annual budget projections.
- Assist the Managing Director with the preparation of annual budget.
- Ensuring continuing monitoring of business plan
- Maintain full set of financial accounts.
- Preparation of payments for approval.
- Ensure compliance with any and all accounting/tax/regulatory requirements
- Entering and processing accounting transactions, supplier invoices, checking and preparing supplier payments, letting accounts, etc.
- Customer invoicing, customer reminders.
- Monthly control of the accounts (provisions, fixed assets, intercompany reconciliation, etc.).
- Monthly closing entries.
- Customer invoicing, receivables management (customer followup and reminders).
- Daily cash management, bank reconciliations, monthly cash flow, cash flow forecasts, etc.
- Preparation of tax and social security declarations.
- Consolidation of quarterly entries.
- Review all monthly payroll.
- Assist with preparation of annual IR8A.
Experience Required
- Bachelor's in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years working in a finance FP&A function
- Knowledge and understanding of Paprika system or other ERP system will be an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience of MS office tools.
- Proficiency in English with good communication skills.
