A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in vessel cargo operations involving interactions with ports/terminals, agents, cargo inspectors, vetting, chartering, and ship shore compatibility.,Being detail-oriented and having an analytical mindset.

Proficient in both written and verbal English and Mandarin languages, enabling effective communication with counterparties.
Demonstration of a strong desire and eagerness to acquire new knowledge and skills.

Strong interpersonal and communications skills, capable of time management, and the ability to adapt and react to dynamic and changing circumstances.

Should possess strong teamwork skills and be able to effectively collaborate with others.
