As a Reservation Sales Manager, you will proactively manage inquiries and reservations on-the-book in a timely manner in order to achieve the highest possible revenue, rate, and occupancy levels.

You will deliver an effective and smooth reservation process to internal and external bookers, clients, guests or members. You will manage reservations and inventory on peak nights to maximise revenue.


You will also be responsible for

  • Managing group block, status, and reservations
  • Managing inventory, allotment, and cutoff accordingly
  • Creating and maintaining guests' or members' data and/or other information in the PMS and other IT systems as required
  • Creating, updating, improving, or ensuring compliance to SOPs and standards
  • Maintaining, improving, and auditing, reservation channels and systems regularly
  • Assisting in checkin and checkout duties in accordance to company's service standard
  • Assisting in handling and resolving queries, complaints or feedback, and providing service recovery whenever necessary
  • Collaborating with other teams to deliver the best experience to our guests or members before, during, and after their stay

The skills, attitude and experience we require are:

  • A minimum of 2 years' of experience in a similar role in a hotel or serviced apartment environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional language is a plus.
  • A willingness to work rotating shifts
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Active listening and problemsolving skills, with the ability to accurately assess a situation and respond appropriately to resolve all comments, tickets, queries and concerns professionally
  • Understand the importance of teamwork as well as individual contributing towards a common goal
  • Prior experience in managing extranets and channel manager is a plus
