    Roles & Responsibilities

    Overview
    We're seeking a highly motivated individual as a Marketing Executive to collaborate directly with the Marketing Director, utilizing your expertise in social content strategy to enhance market presence. Your role will be pivotal in boosting brand visibility, supporting business development, and amplifying sales efforts. Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you'll lead strategic marketing campaigns to promote AI products and services.

    Responsibilities

    Marketing Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation within the AI industry.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing Director and other stakeholders to define marketing objectives, target audience segments, and key messaging.
    • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and content marketing.

    Social Content Strategizing:

    • Develop and execute social media content strategies to engage our target audience and enhance brand visibility.
    • Create compelling and relevant content for social media platforms (such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram) to drive audience engagement and interaction.
    • Monitor social media channels, analyze performance metrics, and optimize content strategies to maximize reach and impact.

    Collaboration with Business Development and Sales:

    • Work closely with the business development and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and support lead generation efforts.
    • Provide marketing support for key sales activities, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and client engagement events.
    • Develop marketing collateral, sales materials, and presentations to support business development and sales efforts.

    Brand Management and Positioning:

    • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and strengthen the company's positioning in the market.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, including lead generation, website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in marketing or related roles
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience in social content strategizing.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage diverse audiences through the use of editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe, Powerpoint etc)
    • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and technology.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
