Job Description:


The Financial Reporting Senior Manager will report to the Head of Financial Reporting and Consolidation and will be responsible for preparation of Traveloka Group's consolidated financial Statements in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).


  • Prepare reporting packages and full set financial statements for interim and annual reporting
  • Assist in the preparation of reporting deliverables to external stakeholders
  • Assist in the maintenance of Chart of Accounts
  • Assist with the establishment and documentation of accounting policies and procedures.
  • For holding companies within the group:
  • Responsible for accurate and timely closing activities, fluctuation analysis, balance sheet schedules and reconciliations
  • Prepare local statutory financial statements in accordance with the accounting standards
  • Prepare audit schedules, assessment of judgemental issues and manage the local statutory audits with external auditors, to ensure audit closure within reporting and filing deadlines.
  • Participate and perform monthly consolidation activities and fluctuation analysis for the Group.
  • Engage and collaborate with Finance Operations Team and other internal stakeholders for audit requirement, improvement projects or company's initiatives.
  • Identify and implement changes to streamline processes and increase efficiencies.
  • Any other adhoc projects as assigned.
Requirement

  • CPA with minimum 6 years of experience in financial reporting, and with at least 4 years of big 4 audit experience.
  • Expertise in IFRS and financial reporting requirements
  • Energetic finance professional with a desire to work in a fastpaced, rapidly changing environment and with passion to make a difference
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving issues
  • Detailoriented team player with excellent communication and people skills
  • Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
  • Exposure to financial reporting for publicly listed companies is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in Oracle and consolidation systems would be an added advantage
