    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Position : Admin Assistant (Shipping-SIMPLE DUTIES)
    • Location : Orchard
      Working hours : 5.25 days work week, Monday - Friday :9.30am -6.00pm, Saturday 9.30am - 1.30pm (alternate Saturday)
    • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3200 + AWS + Bonus + Insurance + Medical
    • Duration : Permanent
    • Industry : Import/Export of food

    Main Responsibilities:

    • To receive shipping docs from overseas supplier
    • To input stocks into system including all stock inventory
    • To Process delivery order and Tax ,Invoice to customers
    • To assist in Promotion signage for events and label printing for salesfloor
    • Monthly stock take calculations
    • Assist Manager in daily admin ad hoc duties

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field is required
    • O level above
    • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
