- Position : Admin Assistant (Shipping-SIMPLE DUTIES)
- Location : Orchard
Working hours : 5.25 days work week, Monday - Friday :9.30am -6.00pm, Saturday 9.30am - 1.30pm (alternate Saturday) - Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3200 + AWS + Bonus + Insurance + Medical
- Duration : Permanent
- Industry : Import/Export of food
- To receive shipping docs from overseas supplier
- To input stocks into system including all stock inventory
- To Process delivery order and Tax ,Invoice to customers
- To assist in Promotion signage for events and label printing for salesfloor
- Monthly stock take calculations
- Assist Manager in daily admin ad hoc duties
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field is required
- O level above
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
