Description
Cadence Group is looking to hire a driven and resilient Associate Consultant (Recruitment) to support our Consultancy Business Unit.

The role will primarily be exposed to recruitment and resourcing activities but will have the opportunity to be exposed to various HR and Consultancy concepts such as End-to-end HR transformation, Job/process redesign, corporate training and more.

He/she will be expected to manage their own tasks and be able to respond to sudden changes effectively.


Responsibilities:


  • Handle endtoend recruitment and resourcing duties.
  • Drive recruitment for clients and internally by actively sourcing for talent in various fields.
  • Build relations with clients and applicants.
  • Busines Development face clients confidently to pitch our services and answer any queries.
  • Assist the Consultancy team with HR projects & Corporate Training when required to.

Job Requirements:


  • Diploma and above
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Good understanding of employment law and TAFEP
  • Attainment of CEI certification will be advantageous
