Job Responsibilities:


  • Formulate and develop Company's safety policy and procedures
  • Communicate Company's health & safety policy, objectives and procedures to all staff
  • Assist and enforce sites to implement site health & safety plans
  • Perform health & safety audits on sites
  • Conduct periodic health & safety training for site personnel
  • Maintain Company's health & safety statistics and records
  • Update Management on new and current health & safety matters
  • Investigate all accidents which occurred and recommending appropriate health & safety measures to prevent their occurrence
  • Assist Senior Project Manager / Project Manager on all site safety matters
  • Ensure the OHS management programme are effectively implemented and maintained
  • Promote awareness among staff, workers, contractors, suppliers and etc
  • Conduct and plan safety training awareness programme

Job Requirements:


  • Diploma / Degree in Engineering discipline or Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health
  • Must have Certificate of Registration for Workplace Safety and Health Officer with Ministry of Manpower
  • Must have Certificate of Registration for Environmental Control Officer / Earth Control Measure Officer with National Environment Agency and Public Utilities Board
  • Must have certificate in Risk Management and Manage Work at Height Course
  • Experienced in ISO Management System (ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
  • Ability to work with crossfunctional teams and communicate with varying level of Management
  • Efficient and strong analytical skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to develop and mentor junior staff
