Responsibilities

• Provide bonsai care advices to customers.
• Maintain, upkeep and beautify bonsai stocks.
• Attend to customers online or walk -in enquiries.
• Fulfill customers orders and upsell of company's products.
• Provide marketing content for Bonsai-inc different social media accounts.
• Explore different marketing channels for the company.
• Maintain bonsai gallery visual displays.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience. Experience working in florist, nurseries and horticulture industry will be advantageous.
• Proficient in use of IT solutions and computer literate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and an open mind.
• Able to work well independently as well as part of a team
• Able to work on alternate weekends.
