The Role

The role is part of the APAC Product, Marketing & Operations team and is responsible for helping support Lumen's Enterprise Applications - SAP business across the Asia-Pacific region.

The Main Responsibilities

Reporting into the Senior Manager, SAP Practice, this position will have 3 core responsibilities which include Project management, Presales as well as providing SAP Functional expertise.
Presales responsibilities will involve guiding and supporting the APAC Sales and Solution Engineering teams in positioning and selling Lumen's Enterprise Applications
SAP offerings with existing as well as new logo customers to ensure annual sales targets for the Enterprise Applications business are met.
Project management responsibilities include performing end to end management of SAP projects for customers that can include SAP S/4HANA Implementations, Upgrades, Cloud migrations or Application Management Services.
T is a need to ensure SAP projects are managed, tracked and delivered as per the committed schedule, meeting the project objectives with mínimal deviations and within the timeline and resources planned.
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science required from an accredited university with more than 10 years in corporate IT environment
Minimum of 10+ years of experience as an SAP Project Manager / Functional Lead with at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementation, upgrade or migration projects.
A minimum of 1 full lifecycle of a SAP S/4HANA implementation / conversion project is required.
Strong consultative skills with the ability to define and articulate value propositions for customer solutions in support of SAP migrations/ implementations / upgrades.
Proven Project management record handling SAP implementation/upgrade/migration project
End to end presales experience including SAP project sizing, responding to RFPs, performing C-Level client presentations and coordinating with delivery teams.
Hands on experience with full life cycle implementation of 3 or more SAP projects.
Experience managing customers for ongoing SAP Application Management Services / Managed Services is preferred.
