Requirements

A Pre-Sales Solution Engineer or Solutions Architect acts as the technical bridge between sales teams and prospective clients ensuring that a software product's technical capabilities align with the customer's business needs While titles vary by company these roles center on designing demonstrating and validating technical solutions before a contract is signed Key Responsibilities Partner with Sales team to provide tech support conduct demos manage POCs Assist Sales Enablement creation of tech assets ensure access to official product documentation Address technical queries regarding product compatibility Assit Product Mgmt collaboration drafting of TDocs participating in defs Utilize tools like Vetting Validation application communication process flows Work PM Manage Fixed BOM solutions component consistency long-term industrial deployments Lead onsite online support diagnosis complex system setups Manage hardware software integration mass production phases quality assurance final prototype release Capable executing deployment partners end client teams Provide L3 Support performing deep diagnosis code-level fixes resolve infrastructure issues Monitor health infrastructure S.M.A.R.T. tools managing RMA Logistics Maintain X-PHY Guard Connect ecosystems firmware software updates deployed.
