- Analyse process workflows and apply process improvement techniques
- Gather business requirements from process owners and map work processes for various functions/departments
- Conduct process assessments to identify suitable use cases for automation using technology or available tools such as RPA
- Create process documentation i.e. scorecard, process definition, solution design and user document
- Design, test and implement solutions as per the delivery lifecycle
- Troubleshoot reported errors, identify root cause and provide timely resolution
- Experience in process analysis and process improvement techniques
- At least 5-8 years of working experience in RPA implementation using UiPath or similar technology
- Experience in UiPath Orchestrator will be an advantage
- Interest in developing RPA solutions, libraries and functionalities
- Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (C#, Python, Java etc.) will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with people from different background, technical and non-technical.
- Background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information & Communication Technology or similar areas is preferred.

This role will support the HR Shared Services team in analysing existing processes to identify areas of automation to achieve greater efficacies. This role will act as a key driver in the delivery of service improvements and opportunities to participate in the Digital Transformation initiatives involving HR Shared Services.
