- Must have a recognized Polytechnic Diploma or Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in leadership roles in SCDF or SPF
- Specialist track in SCDF preferred (EMT, Hazmat, Marine) or SPF & security related background preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in administrative tasks
- Able to work on shift duties
- Preference for candidates with FSM certification
- Physically fit for operational tasks
