- Assess the acceptability of biological samples according to established guidelines and prepare specimens for testing.

- Utilize laboratory instruments to conduct tests following documented protocols.
- Execute experiments as required for the assessment of new reagents. Uphold quality control measures in laboratory testing to guarantee accurate and prompt reporting of results. Maintain thorough documentation of corrective and preventive actions adhering to best practices.
- Support the maintenance and servicing of laboratory equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and standard operating procedures.
- Adhere to regulatory standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) consistently.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a biomedical or biological science from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred.
- Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently while also being an effective team player, demonstrating initiative and adaptability to change.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to work on Sundays and public holidays as required.
