Job Description & Requirements
To implement Revenue Management strategies to optimize and maximise the Hotel's revenue
Responsibilities
. Manage rates, room inventory, distribution channels and market segmentation
. Oversee revenue management, develop and provide strategic direction in support of critical revenue cycle initiatives and goals.
. Monitor competitors and market to develop rate and market-mix strategies
. Conduct daily pick-up analysis, make appropriate changes to address any issues or trends after review with the management
. Provide a weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances and budget comparisons.
. Manage and oversee strategy for all 3rd party distribution. Evaluate performance of all the distribution
partners and the contracted rates, eg. OTA, FIT, corporate, consortia etc.
Requirements:
. Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality / Tourism / business or equivalent
. Minimum 5 years related working experience in the Hospitality Industry with Reservations and Revenue background at the managerial level.
. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
. Have good knowledge on all room rates / packages and promotions
. Proficiency in MS Office applications and Opera system.
. Good knowledge of commercial contracts, legal and pricing
. Highly analytical and commercial minded.
. Highly organized, detail oriented, able to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously
. Strong leadership and problem solving skills
