    As a HRBP, you will directly report to Regional Head of HR who is based in Singapore. You will oversee and facilitate full-lifecycle recruitment activities within regions (12 countries,) , responsible for conceptualizing and delivering HR Roadmap and strategies for their APAC entities. Being the HR advisor to the Business Leaders across Asia Pacific, the HR Business Partner will provide meaningful and insightful analysis and/or advice on commercial and business requirements across different markets and provide the necessary guidance to the leaders.

    Additionally, As part of the core HR team in Asia Pacific, the HR Business Partner will identify and drive key HR objectives as part of global and/or regional initiatives.

    Job Title: HRBP (Based in Singapore)

    Talent Acquisition (60%)

    • Responsible for the whole recruitment process in APAC.
    • Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a meaningful experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the talent acquisition process.
    • In depth understanding and execution of recruitment programs, policies, and strategies. Recommends improvement solutions on efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition function.

    HRBP (40%)

    • Drive people agenda and initiatives to meet future business goals, in partnership with business leadership. Serve as the bridge representing business needs to the wider HR community.
    • Work with the Headquarter HR team and line managers to encourage the growth and career development of staff through the talent development framework / programs.
    • Assist in the annual performance appraisal exercise, salary and bonus reviews and talent processes including facilitating any transition management if required.
    • Manage employee relations issues and support line managers in conflict resolution and grievance management, in compliance with labor regulations and market best practices.

    Job requirements:

    • Minimum Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related discipline.
    • 3 years or above HR experience ideally gained in multinational companies, preferably candidate with strong talent acquisition background..
    • Sufficient fluency in both English and Chinese in order to liaise with Chinese counterparties.
    • Demonstrate a business centric mindset with curiosity and to leverage sound judgement skills to make decisions.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the temperament and skills to build strong relationships founded on solid trust and mutual respect and to be adept at influencing both business leaders and broader HR team.
    • Exercises good judgment and is resourceful, able to deal effectively with a variety of challenging situations.
