***Our client is an established Education Institution with an ambitious growth strategy. With the continued push in their digital strategy, they are looking for their Head of Data and Analytics to achieve the agenda to become a data-driven enterprise.

Responsibilities

You will define the strategies, priorities, and standards for managing enterprise data (including data governance and data architecture) and ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of the enterprise data management frameworks and policies.

You will be responsible for building a high-performance team to power quicker, higher-quality, and data-driven decision-making across the firm helping the organization to achieve its aim of a data-driven organization.

Requirements:

Degree qualified, you will have relevant experience including strategising the delivery of next generation data architecture, data management, governance, policies, and framework.

You should have an in-depth understanding of database structure principles. You have hands-on experience in delivering big data platform from scratch.

You have strong knowledge in designing and building dimensional ETL processes, data models, data warehouse concepts and methodologies, optimizing data pipelines and architecture.

You should have exposure to the latest data architecture. Strong communication is a must for this role given the level of stakeholder engagement.
