What the role is
- As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be responsible to carry out the full spectrum of customer service duties.
What you will be working on
- You will get to meet people from all walks of life and be part of a dynamic team in handling walkin customers and feedback from customers at the Customer Service Centre
What we are looking for
- Job requirements:
- Pleasant disposition and positive attitude.
- Experience in frontline Customer Service will be an added advantage.
- Service-Oriented.
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess initiative and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- You will be working in a fastpaced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
- As part of the shortlisting process for this role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
