What the role is

  • As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be responsible to carry out the full spectrum of customer service duties.

What you will be working on

  • You will get to meet people from all walks of life and be part of a dynamic team in handling walkin customers and feedback from customers at the Customer Service Centre

What we are looking for

  • Job requirements:
  • Pleasant disposition and positive attitude.
  • Experience in frontline Customer Service will be an added advantage.
  • Service-Oriented.
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess initiative and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • You will be working in a fastpaced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
  • As part of the shortlisting process for this role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
