Job Description & Requirements

Ensure the design and execution of highend, nonlanded residential development projects by providing all round professional expertise to ensure ontime and within budget delivery.
Take ownership of the successful implementation of a set of projects.
Lead projects; monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
Identify operational problems, consult contractors and vendors to find solutions, and get approval from the shareholders to minimize delays.
Bring to the attention of shareholders changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project for decisions.
Oversee all aspects of the project team. Responsible for the overall project supervision to ensure the construction of a quality product which meets commercial objectives
Manage consultants and main contractor on regulatory consultations, submissions for compliance / certifications or appropriate waivers, and in particular, obtain TOP and CSC for the projects in a timely manner.
Manage post construction matters including the Defects Liability cycle of new built units.
Oversee and manage consultants and main contractor on the closing of final accounts, including obtaining the necessary shareholders' approvals for EOTs and VOs.
Coordinate and work with sales and marketing team on the design and fitout of show flat and relevant marketing materials.
Manage Interior Design of built units and enhance units value.

Skills & Experience

Relevant University or Polytechnic qualifications in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management and/or Construction Management.

years experience in project and design management within Residential Development in Singapore. On Site experience and / or interior design experience will be advantageous.

Independent with Self Starter ability. Strong Project Management, Complex Problem solving and organizing skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal / external parties.

Salary:
$8, $17,000.00 per month
