Admin and HR Executive - Singapore - DYNAMOLD PRECISION PTE LTD
Description
Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts, and helping resolve workrelated problems.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
- Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnelrelated data such as hires, transfers, and absenteeism rates
- Ensure the operational aspects of payroll processing and associated activities, including salary disbursement, overpayment recovery, leave management and reporting are accurate and delivered within appropriate timeframes and comply with relevant legislation.
Job Requirement
- At least 2 years work experience in Human Resource & Payroll Management
- Sound numeracy skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power point.
- Must have strong math and communication skills in addition to being able to multitask
- Must have active learning, judgement, time management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively either as an individual or member of a team and relate effectively with staff on all levels
