    Description

    Job Purpose and Impact

    The Process Excellence Lead – CTO will enable strategic goals by driving business process excellence for Cargill Tropical Oil (CTO) businessand ensure all business processes are aligned to serve our internal and external customers and measured, to drive value through process efficiency, improvements, automation and digitalization enablement.

    This role understands the business process, can influence senior leaders ( Managing Director and leadership team) to focus on the right value delivery for their business model, enable or promote a strong continuous improvement, agile, process culture and mindset, and accelerate change within the business. This role might lead a team (directly or indirectly) to manage, sustain and optimize end to end integrated business processes while working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, supply chain, finance and functional representatives, to enable a strong process culture, set the strategy and establish the governance within the business. This role will also provide expertise and insight to drive business readiness, results and stabilize processes after technology deployments through issue resolution.

    Key Accountabilities

  • Lead and prioritize initiatives to drive end-to-end process management and improvement, that build / promote a strong process and agile culture
  • Influence stakeholders to accept new ideas, approaches, techniques, and standards, that drive the right value delivery for CTO, CASC APAC and Cargill.
  • Lead and prioritize the portfolio of work for the team to drive the implementation of optimal process solutions and effective performance to meet growth and cost reduction goals.
  • Lead initiatives to drive a strong process culture and influence stakeholders to accept new ideas, approaches, techniques, and standards by training strategy development, including content development, schedules, deployment methods and business continuity documentation preparation.
  • Provide leadership and expertise to develop new processes or integrate processes for strategic projects and new growth.
  • Provide change leadership and develop the team to excel in change management where they can contribute fully and continue their development to achieve their full potential.
  • Partner with functions within CTO to build / develop necessary capabilities within the teams, leveraging other teams within APAC ( CBS, GHRS) or externally.
  • Identify opportunities to partner with process and data technology teams, functions and business relationship managers to drive best practices, develop standard solutions and accelerate process stabilization for enterprise requirements planning and other technology enabling business processes, leveraging on internal resources cross-functionally and across Cargill.
  • Creates and executes the business process and ERP modernization strategy aligned to the CTO Vision and Strategy for the business unit through constant monitoring of the overall health metrics for business group end to end processes.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to technical and non-technical people
  • Confirmed ability to provide breakthrough insights on business process improvements resulting in quantifiable process improvement and finance benefit to the organization
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and set priorities based on business requirements and value drivers
  • Minimum of six years of related work experience , prefer eight years of related work experience.

  • Process or Project management experience in project management roles, project leadership roles, process leadership roles, deploying transformation programs

  • Ability to challenge status quo and influence senior leaders / stakeholders
  • Five years of supervisory experience
