**Brand Experience Assistant Manager
The Brand Experience Assistant Manager has a solid understanding of project management principles and good communication skill.

This position involves overseeing various aspects of marketing execution management, including experience store renovation, event project management, market research, consumer insight analysis, brand experience zone strategy development and implementation.

Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to create engaging brand experience across various touchpoints.

By effectively managing these aspects of the role, you will contribute to delivering the exceptional brand experiences, ensuring they align with brand strategy, resonate with target audience.

**Responsibilities: Project Management (Retail, Event, Other Marketing campaign)

  • Planning and managing the renovation of physical retail spaces, event to align with brand's image and project objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors to ensure timely and successful execution of the project
  • Overseeing the execution, timeline management, quality control during the process
  • Experiencing in budgeting including creating, tracking budget for brand experience initiatives.
Market Research & Consumer insight analysis

  • Conducting market research to gather insights on consumer behavior, market trends and competitive landscape etc.
Coordinate with internal, external stakeholders

  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as creative, account service, our subsidiaries to align strategies, share insights and ensure crossdepartmental coordination
  • Building and maintaining relationship with external stakeholders such as our clients, vendors to facilitate successful project execution.
Reporting

  • Collecting, analyzing data to generate reports on project status and campaign results.
**Requirements: - Minimum over 3 years of project management (retail or/and event) experience with the ability to coordinate, execute with defined timeline and budget

  • Selfmotivated to put in the necessary effort to achieve desired result, positive, agile and flexible mindset, committed, creative, organizer, team player
  • Hold a Polytechnic Diploma/ Bachelor's degree (or higher)
  • Knowledge of Adverting industry is preferred
  • Great communicate skill with ability to effectively communicate with clients and various stakeholders
  • Effective communication (verbal and written); Good command of the English language
  • Excellent listening comprehension and strong presentation skills a must
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
