Your most important tasks will include:

  • Prepare/Review MAS/Department of Statistics reports.
  • Participate in projects relating to regulatory reporting.
  • Work closely with business, technology and other stakeholders from project initiation, testing to deployment.
  • Stakeholder management:
- coordinate on new product launch with the Policies & Procedures team to share regulatory requirements and impact.
- liaise with internal and external auditors on requests.
- participate in month end closing.

  • Finance innovation projects you will drive and lead finance innovation projects with the goal to standardize and streamline processes and improve efficiency and quality of regulatory reporting.
  • Help safeguard the bank: support internal control of the bank via focus on a) efficiency and effectiveness of operations, b) reliability of regulatory reporting, c) compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and d) safeguarding the assets of the organization;
  • Act as a proactive business partner and advisor for internal stakeholders in all the abovementioned areas

In addition, you have:


  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, preferably also with audit background or professional (CPA/ACCA) qualification. Knowledge of local regulatory reporting requirements (MAS).
  • Product and accounting knowledge of financial markets products (Derivatives) and wholesale banking lending and trade finance products would be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills with demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong English written and oral communication skills with proven success in influencing business decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel. Excel Macro working knowledge.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across a cross functional team and influence senior leaders.
  • Strong team player, selfstarter and motivator, capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
