    We think you'll fit in great with us if you have:

    • A bachelor's degree with experience in Product, Marketing or Digital enhancement especially in the small business and mobile space.
    • Have minimum 10+ years of experience in proposition and mobile value creation, Mobile market and ecosystem knowledge and has led or been part of a team which has built a business for SMB's atleast 3+ years with some leadership and team management.
    • Have a proven track record of successfully launching and managing Micro and SMB products or services.
    • Solid understanding of the mobile delivery and propositioning in a B2SOHO/Micro environment and digital service delivery.
    • Additional background in a telco environment will be considered a plus
    • Have strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and market trends to inform product decisions and strategies.
    • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Have a passion for mobile technology and a deep understanding of the SMB tech and mobile solutions industry.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    The role leads the Micro and Small Business unit for the Mobile Business of MyRepublic. Initially responsible for Singapore, this role may partner with other market teams as well.The key remit of this position will be to create a digitally enabled business targeting small and micro businesses to expand the target audience and revenue of MyRepublic Mobile.This position will need to recruit and lead a lean team of Product, Account Based Marketeers, Web and Affiliate specialists, to achieve the annual Revenue and Margin targets. You will be a telco or technology professional deeply conversant with the small and micro business market. You will have a background where you've demonstrated a knowledge of using small business products and solutions, delivered digitally to grow revenue. Additional background in a telco environment will be considered a plus

    You will be a dynamic and goal-oriented person who is a positive and passionate leader. You will be an empathetic mentor and instill a never-say-die attitude in the team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the MSB revenue strategy, defining product requirements, and overseeing the launch and lifecycle management of mobile small business propositions and services. You will seek to create differentiation beyond price and focus on delivering the goals of Revenue and Net margin as well as enhancing CLTV of the MSB base.

    How you'll contribute to MyRepublic's success:

    • Create Consolidated propositions of digital solutions and mobile services to target the small business segments.
    • Develop and execute digital account- based marketing plans to digitally reach, convert and on-board small business accounts.
    • Work with Product and CX to create a superlative digital experience for acquisition, customer management and servicing of small business accounts.
    • Partner with the marcomms teams to create a 3+3 calendar of propositions with rigorous and timely input on campaign briefs ensuring the outcome of your propositions
    • Actively seek and work with new partners to create new solutions and propositions which will differentiate the MSB business
    • Work with the CVM and Campaigns team to ensure that segmented upsell and retention offers are maximized.
    • Actively seek digital channels, channel partners and new digital journeys to maximize reach and customer engagement.
    • Analyze, Gain insight and report internal metrics tracking usage, ARPU, Margin and Growth of the customer base.
