    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Conducting classes in-person and/or online (1-on-1 and/or small group setting).
    • Deliver lessons clearly and effectively.
    • Communicate necessary information frequently to students, colleagues and parents pertaining to student progress and needs.
    • Design and implement the educational curriculum including assessment.
    • Provide voicing for video recordings to be used for online learning.
    • Engaging in video shoot for online curriculum.
    • Edit video footage and sound including adding subtitles.
    • Proficient in the use of teaching software and online learning platforms for teaching.
    • Provide online solutions to students and handle inquiries if needed.
    • Participate in other job-related duties and activities related to the position as assigned.

    Job Requirements:

    • Candidates must possess at least a bachelor's degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Linguistics/Languages, Education/Teaching, or equivalent.
    • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in teaching the Chinese language to non-Chinese speakers.
    • Responsibility, positive working attitude, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team.
    • Possess excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (to maintain and develop relationships with English and Chinese-speaking key customers).
    • Proficient in the use of teaching software and online learning platforms for teaching.
    • Possess with Indonesian language is a plus factor.
