Manage full cycle of the recruitment process Develop an effective candidate pipeline Identify sourcing channels and strategies through internal/external job portals staff referrals social media recruitment vendors etc Posting of jobs on different platforms Support the manager in implementing recruitment strategies Perform reference check Manage coordination of recruitment events Maintain manpower/headcount data report and recruitment status report New staff on-boarding activities such as issuance of staff passes access card uniforms etc Other ad hoc recruitment admin duties and tasks assigned Manage projects / support HR & Operations team
