Job Description
Lead, guide and coach a team of Functional Business Analysts in fronting client stakeholders and Business Users Drive functional requirements gathering with Business Users including workshops where required Develop and Own Functional/Business Requirement Document and drive it to closure and acceptance
Work very closely with Business Users and project team members on solutioning during project initiation, implementation and post-implementation support
Work with Technical Delivery Manager, System Analyst and/or Developer to suggest solutions to meet or improve the desired objectives based on best practices and industry solutions and influence the desired outcomes.
Conduct Quality Assurance/Pre-UAT tests to ensure solution meets functional requirements as a precursor to a successful UAT
