Position:
Service Manager (Non-Halal Restaurant)_

Location: Island Wide Outlets_
- Annual Leave: start from 12 days
Responsibilities:_ - Oversee day to day restaurant operations
- Analyse service quality and customer satisfaction
- Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service
- Respond to customer complaints with tact and professionally to manage customers' expectations.
- Ensure the adherence of restaurant standards, service benchmarks and company
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
- Taking instructions from Headquarters and execute policies and protocols that will
- Lead team to implement change
- Ensuring sufficient staffing for Daily Operations
- Train new and current employees on any SOPs and best customer service practices.
- Provide leadership and team building for staff
- Create and maintain the staff schedule and track tardiness and absenteeism
- Provide regular feedback to staff to improve productivity and efficiency
- Interview potential new hires when necessary.
- Handle dispute and disciplinary matters at store level
- Responsible for team motivating and forging a performance driven team.
- Conduct staff performance assessment
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$3, $4,000.00 per month
