    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
    • Implement programmatic advertising strategies to optimize ad spend and maximize return on investment (ROI).
    • Conduct thorough audience research to target and create detailed buyer personas for more effective marketing strategies.
    • Plan and manage media across different channels, tailoring strategies according to the stages of customer engagement and target demographics.
    • Oversee the management of e-commerce shops, including inventory management for a large number of SKUs.
    • Lead and direct the Media Buy Team to effectively conduct media buy campaigns across different platforms and channels to achieve success for numerous accounts.
    • Handle multiple advertising campaigns for various accounts, ensuring each is customized to meet the client's specific needs and goals.
    • Utilize digital marketing tools such as Optimyzer, Supermetrics, Data Studio, and Google Analytics to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
    • Multitask effectively, managing several campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
    • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff, offering guidance and support, including remote team members.

    Requirements:

    • Preferably experienced with various social media platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
    • Familiarity with programmatic advertising.
    • Knowledgeable in audience targeting and creating buyer personas.
    • Ability to plan media for different stages of engagement and target audience.
    • Previous experience managing e-commerce shops and large SKU inventory for e-commerce marketing.
    • Managed a minimum of $1M in ad spend per annum.
    • Experienced in handling multiple campaigns for different accounts, with agency experience preferred.
    • Proficient in using tools such as Optimyzer, Supermetrics, Data Studio, and Google Analytics.
    • Capable of multitasking and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Must have experience in managing junior staff, including remote team members.
