Job summary
The position of Director-Strategic Sourcing at AEM involves leading the transformation of global sourcing strategy with an emphasis on supplier collaboration and cost optimization. The role requires deep experience managing contract manufacturers and establishing performance metrics to drive continuous cost reduction across the supplier ecosystem.Responsibilities
- Lead a collaborative sourcing model in partnership with Technology, Engineering, and Product Development to align supplier capabilities with AEM's technology roadmap.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies that balance cost, lead time, quality risk scalability in support of gross margin operacional priorities.
