    Join our dynamic team to innovate and refine technology operations, impacting the core of our business services.

    As a Transformation Technology Support Lead in Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Technology team, you will play a leadership role in ensuring the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production services. Critical thinking in the day-to-day maintenance of the firm's systems will be your go to and set you up for success as you navigate tasks related to identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless user experience.

    Job responsibilities:


    • Lead teams of technologists that provide end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery for the successful business operations of the firm.


    • Execute policies and procedures that ensure operational stability and availability.


    • Monitor production environments for anomalies, address issues, and drive evolution of utilization of standard observability tools.


    • Escalate and communicate issues and solutions to the business and technology stakeholders, actively participating from incident resolution to service restoration.


    • Lead incident, problem, and change management in support of full stack technology systems, applications, or infrastructure.


    • Collaborate across the firm and vendor system to continually learn, innovate, and adopt new monitoring technologies and design monitoring solutions that can detect the issues within Critical User Journeys of the firm.


    • Identify opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability.


    • Demonstrate a high level of technical expertise within one or more technical domains and proactively identifies and solves technology-related bottlenecks in areas of expertise.


    • Drive continuous service improvements through established processes.


    • Act as the main point of contact during major incidents for critical user journey and demonstrates the skills to identify & solve issues quickly to avoid financial losses and reduce customer impacts.


    • Perform targeted flow-triage during major/critical incidents by leveraging tools and expertise.

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering or related disciplines.


    • Minimum 5 years of application development & support experience.


    • Experience managing applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloud.


    • Proficient in observability and monitoring tools and techniques.


    • Experience executing on processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.


    • Strong technical background in Cloud technologies (AWS, Dockers & Kubernetes, Application Support (Java, Oracle/DB2, Cassandra / Mongo DB, MQ/Kafka), Middleware (WebSphere, Tomcat and Web Servers), and Retail banking channel application flows.


    • Knowledge of IT infrastructure including networks, storage networks, load balancing, server clustering, databases, and micro service architecture.


    • Proficiency in continuous integration and continuous delivery tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform, etc.).


    • Experience with container and container orchestration (e.g., ECS, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.).


    • Strong problem-solving skills (e.g., probing to understand flow logistics and engage relevant and excellent communication skills (e.g., managing global bridges/ writing executive notifications).


    • Ability to multi-task and work flexibly in response to changing demands and managing stakeholders in all aspects and levels.

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


    • Working knowledge in one or more general purpose programming languages and/or automation scripting.


    • Practical experience with public cloud.


    • Possess in-depth knowledge of the retail financial services domain and related IT systems.


    • Prior experience in developing distributed applications using Java, Python languages.


    • Prior experience in developing monitoring dashboard development using Splunk, Dynatrace, and Grafana are preferred.


    • Self-motivated, learn quickly and deliver results with minimal supervision.


    • Experience in running technology operations and managing medium sized teams.
