- Investigating blend failures, determining the causes, and implementing actions to enhance blend performance.
- Engaging in reformulation tasks by managing component availability, conducting hand blends, testing, analyzing, documenting, and sharing results. Collaborating with Technology Solution Professionals to troubleshoot and address reformulation challenges.
- Handling sample requests from both internal and external stakeholders, evaluating requests based on availability.
- Verifying data on worksheets and calibration records as per Quality Assurance Manual standards.
- Participating in initiatives to enhance plant safety, quality, and efficiency (e.g., flush studies, homogeneity studies, etc.).
- Be in your 3rd year of study.
- Hold a degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, preferably with a potential Second Upper Honors or higher. Additionally, possess leadership experience in non-academic areas like Co-curricular activities or National Service.
