Responsibilities:
- Attend vessels operations and husbandry services
- Assist operation manager to handle admin matters
- Liaise with subcontractor for port services need
- Follow up with ship schedule
- Make sure all documents ready and all delivery order arrangement well
- Any other adhoc task assigned by manager.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Selfmotivated and result orientated.
- Proactive and possesses ability to anticipate issue to facilitate preventive measures.
- Relevant experience in Ship Agency Operations will be advantage.
