About the Client

Our client is an established Infrastructure SI technology services firm in Singapore.

Network Engineer Responsibilities:

• Provide technical documentation support to Project & Solutions Teams, as well as hand over as-built system documentation to Maintenance support team
• Engage with back-line support and/or with vendor's support to diagnose and rectify technical problems.
• Post-sales installation and technical support to customers
• Design, installed, configured, and maintained network and security infrastructure, including core network switches, routers, and firewall
• Assist with the planning, design, research, and installation of new or upgraded network hardware and software
• Familiar with Aruba switches and wireless, Cisco routers, firewalls, switches
• Good troubleshooting skills to identify problems and make work-around recommendations

The ideal candidate should have/possess the following:

• Candidate must possess at least ITE/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate
• Diploma/BEng/BSc) in Engineering /Computer/Telecommunication or related field
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in configuring and administering routers and switches (e.g. Cisco routers and switches, etc)
• Good understanding of network system, network architecture, routing, switching, firewall and security
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all level
• Candidates with CCNA, CCNP and Certified in Aruba products will have an added advantage
