Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics and identify cause of component failure and carry out rectification
• Perform equipment troubleshooting and upkeep production quality
• Debugging of machine logfiles and sensor data to identify causes of vehicle congestion, higher
• delivery time, faulty machine parts.
• In charge of maintenance activities, tool improvement and equipment installation
• Ensure production run smoothly by repairing and troubleshooting of polishing equipment
• Responsible in root cause analysis and recommending solution to resolve technical issues
• Handle continuous improvement, cost reduction and yield matters

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance in Semicon/Manufacturing
• Company
• Experienced in semiconductor industry
